   What counts as one request?  Every call to the screenshot, PDF or rendered HTML endpoint that renders a page is one request, including renders that fail or time out. Captures through the MCP server count the same way. Results from the cache, test requests and requests that fail validation are free.

   What are the limits of the free plan?  Accounts without a plan and without credits can take screenshots of up to 1,920 × 1,080 pixels at a device scale factor of 1, with a delay of up to 2,000 ms and a timeout of up to 15 seconds. Full page screenshots are not included. They can run one request at a time and 10 per minute, and results are always cached for 24 hours. A plan or any credit balance lifts these limits.

   What happens when I reach my limit?  Requests above your monthly limit use your credits, one credit per request. Without credits, requests are rejected until the next month starts. You can upgrade or buy credits at any time from your dashboard.

   Do credits expire?  No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. A request that fails validation doesn't use a credit.

   Can I change plans?  Yes. Upgrade or downgrade on the billing page in your dashboard.

   Who handles payments?  Paddle handles payments, invoices and taxes.
